The catchphrases are meant to epitomize the big idea behind any given presidential campaign, and oftentimes they become the most memorable part of the race well after election day.
One of the most consistent money makers for the Trump campaign has been its iconic red trucker hats emblazoned with Trump's slogan "Make America Great Again." But the Republican nominee is not the first candidate to use a catchy slogan to get voters fired up.
President Obama's "Yes We Can" became the rallying cry during the 2008 campaign, and "I Like Ike" was used by Dwight D. Eisenhower during the 1952 campaign.
