Clinton Grilled About Use of Private Email During Military Town Hall

Hillary Clinton was grilled Wednesday night about her use of a personal email server and handling of classified information during her time as Secretary of State during a forum with military families.

The former secretary of state was the first to take the stage in the town hall and Trump is slated to follow based on the results of a coin toss. Trump won the toss, but opted to go second. The first time they are scheduled to actually face off directly will be at the first presidential debate on Sept. 26.

Clinton said that "an absolute rock steadiness mixed with strength to be able to make the hard decisions" are the most important characteristics a commander-in-chief can possess.

"What you want in a president, a commander in chief, is someone who listens, who evaluates what is being told to him or her, who is able to sort out the very difficult options being presented," she said.

The town hall was hosted by MSNBC/NBC on the Intrepid aircraft carrier and the audience was made up of military members and families.
