Donald Trump will not be attending next Monday's Republican primary debate in Salt Lake City, Utah.
"I was very surprised when I heard that Fox called for a debate," Trump said during an interview on "Fox & Friends" today. "Nobody told me about it. I won't be there, no."
Trump and Hillary Clinton will be speaking at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee Conference (AIPAC) in Washington, D.C., on Monday.
"I can't. I have committed to the speech and I've committed to it," Trump said.
He continued: "I wouldn't mind, you know, going to the debate. I think we have had enough of them, I'll be honest with you."
Monday's debate, hosted by Fox News, will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center ahead of the state's primaries on March 22.
