Donald Trump’s rally today at St. Louis, Missouri was interrupted several times by different protesters -- the latest in a series of run-ins at his events.
“Hurting this country folks, hurting this country,” Trump said of one individuals who interrupted his speech. “Big mouth. Go home to mommy.”
Trump added: “And by the way for the press, the officers are being very gentle. Very gentle.”
Shortly after, Trump was interrupted by a group of protesters, and seemingly got annoyed.
The group of protesters chanted and yelled for at least 12 minutes, as they held up signs saying “stop the hate.” Trump called them nasty people, “not good people”, and said they’re the people that are destroying this country.
“You know part of the problem and part of the reason it takes so long is no one wants to hurt each other anymore and they’re being politically correct the way they take them out so it takes a little longer,” Trump said.
Trump said during last night’s Republican debate in Florida that he “certainly [does] not condone” violence at his events.
