'Please help end this nightmare for all of us': parents of missing UVA student ...

Following a futile three-week hunt for their missing daughter, Hannah Graham's parents made an emotional plea for the University of Virginia sophomore's whereabouts.

Sue and John Graham released a new video Saturday thanking searchers and police for their help - and begging for more information about the still-missing 18-year-old.

'Somebody listening to me today either knows where Hannah is, or knows someone who has that information,' a tearful Sue Graham said in the video.

She continued: 'Please, please, please help end this nightmare for all of us,' she continues. 'Please help us to bring Hannah home.'

Hannah Graham vanished in the early hours of Sept. 13 in downtown Charlottesville. Police arrested a suspect in her abduction - 32-year-old Jesse Matthew, the last person to be seen with the sophomore - but have not found any trace of the teen.

Authorities have offered a $100,000 reward for information in the case. So far, they've received about 3,000 tips, CNN reported.

Police believe Hannah Graham got lost from her friends after a night on the town. Surveillance video caught Matthew putting his arm around Graham outside of a downtown mall around 1 a.m. on Sept 13. Together, the two went to a nearby restaurant, where Matthew bought them drinks, witnesses said.

They left shortly after in his burnt orange 1998 Chrysler Coupe, police said.

Police searched Matthew's apartment and car before issuing a warrant for his arrest. Texas police cornered him on a Galveston beach on Sept. 24 and extradited him back to Virginia.

The former UVA employee faces a felony abduction with the intent to defile charge.

Earlier this week, police linked Matthew to the 2009 murder of another Charlottesville woman, 20-year-old Morgan Harrington. The Virginia Tech student went missing after a concert on the University of Virginia campus, and her remains were found three months later in rural Virginia.

On top of that, Matthews could be linked to nine more violent crimes against women across Virginia in the last 12 years.

Back in Charlottesville, Hannah Graham's parents said they just want their nightmare to end.

'John has already said that this is every parent's worst nightmare,' Sue Graham said. 'That is true, but it is also a nightmare for our son, James, for Hannah's grandparents and other members of our family, as well as for all of Hannah's many friends here in Charlottesville and beyond.'
