Suspected cop killer Eric Frein is living on canned tuna and ramen noodles in the rugged Pennsylvania woods where he has been hiding out for three weeks, authorities said Friday.
But time, and Frein's food supply, is running out and cops say they will soon catch the survivalist who has eluded them in the densely wooded Poconos after allegedly shooting to death a Pennsylvania State trooper and critically injuring another at the Blooming Grove State Police Barracks on Sept. 12.
I'm more confident than ever that he's stressed,' said State Police Lt. Col. George Bivens during a Friday press conference, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. 'It's just a matter of time.'

Authorities sporting night-vision goggles combed the woods and did house-to-house searched Thursday night in a five-square-mile search area straddling Monroe and Pike counties.
Officers said Monday they had spotted Frein about 100 yards away, but they were unable to catch him.
About 90 rounds of ammunition and two pipe bombs were also found Monday, according to media reports.
A military buff, the 31-year-old Frein is accused of killing Cpl. Bryon K. Dickson and wounding Trooper Alex T. Douglass during an attack on the police barracks.
