The number of people who commute to work by bicycle increased about 60% over the past decade, although bicyclists still account for fewer than 1% of all commuters.

Expect heavy rain in the Mid-Atlantic and all day showers in the Northeast. Morning showers in the Midwest are expected to bring in much cooler temperatures.
