Three people were found dead Wednesday morning after a fire engulfed a Tampa Bay home owned by tennis player James Blake, MyFoxTampa.com reported.
The victims were not immediately identified, but Blake's foundation told the station that he does not live at the home. There have been reports of gunshots, but officials said that could be from ammunition possibly inside the house.
The sheriff's office said it started around 5:45 a.m., and it still was sparking various hotspots, making it difficult for investigators to gather any information. One side of the 5,856-square-foot structure is a total loss, according to Hillsborough Fire Rescue.
The home is located in Avila, which is a gated community famous for its celebrities. Notable former and current Avila residents include: Derek Jeter, Mariano Rivera, Warren Sapp, Eddie DeBartolo, and Tony Dungy.
