WASHINGTON: Most Democrats are getting increasingly alarmed and worried about their midterm election grades amid Obama's tumbling authorization-ratings, which resulted in last week's loss of special House elections in Florida. While on the other hand, Republicans and their favored groups are spending huge money in attacking the new health law.
Such combination had eventually led to uncharacteristic criticism of President Obama, as much bitter criticism and complaints is giving hype to political organizations that has done very little to support the party's helpless congressional candidates.
Furthermore, in a latest cascade of bad news came Friday when a former senator from Massachusetts, Scott Brown, declared an examining committee, through which he could challenge the unavoidable Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen, in New Hampshire. On the other hand, when the Republican favored 'super PAC', it announced that it would spend $600,000 to assist his effort.
Another high-level Republican recruit, Cory Gardner, has recently decided to challenge Colorado's Senator Mark Udall; making a scene, where two competitors would be creating unexpected opportunities in improving the Republicans' control over Senate. However, no prominent Democrats might predict that their party would win back the House.
Representative Joe Garcia of Florida reportedly said as quoted, 'I'm a prolific fund-raiser, but I can't compete with somebody who has got 50 some odd billion dollars.'
Garcia also remained to be a vulnerable first-term member who earlier faced more than $500,000 in negative television advertisements from third-party conservative groups.
